Cooking class

Students in action :)

The group from Notre Dame, USA, is taking cooking classes every Wednesday. Three weeks ago, we started with the LLAPINGACHOS, a typical speciality you can enjoy in Quito. The second week we continued with highly desired EMPANADAS (Megan (the one with ther knife) enjoyed them probably like no one else did). This week we are going to make CEVICHE DE PESCADO. When we were in Puerto Lopez almost all of us had the first ceviche in our lives and there is nothing to say but: !!Amazing!!
So we need to know how to make it!
